# Termination of Collaboration

NeiryLab may end project collaboration for these reasons:

* **Non-compliance with requirements**: Missing development milestones or providing false information leads to accelerator exclusion.
* **Breach of obligations**: Failing to meet deadlines or provide required reports.
* **Insufficient community support**: Failing to secure enough votes or losing post-launch community interest.
* **Market or financial factors**: Token price dropping below 95% of initial price (listing price on Pump.Swap) or lack of market activity.

We coordinate termination with project teams. Upon termination, all obligations cease, including token and grant distributions. NeiryLab may withdraw liquidity from PumpSwap and Meteora pools.
